Exploring Croatia

Croatia was all kinds of fun and exploring we met someone amazing people and had the best time, Its one of the few places I’d say I would definitely go back to if given the chance!

Split, Croatia on the Boat Party Split
If your wanting to go to Croatia you have to go to Split. We only spent 4 days in Split but it may be one of my most favorite places I’ve traveled to so far. We stayed at the One One Hostel and it was super fun, we met a ton of friends and it was in the perfect location in the center of the town, walking distance to everything. We did 2 excursions while we were here the first one was a 5 island & blue cave tour. It started in the morning were they picked us up and then took us to the 5 different islands were we got to explore each island and try the different foods then we went to the blue lagoon instead of the blue caves because the waves were to high for us to go into the blue caves. If your looking to explore the other islands though this is a easy and fast way to see them and costs about $75 usd for the whole day. The other activity we did was Boat Party Split this was our favorite thing we did just because it was an easy way for us to meet a bunch of people and we ended up hanging out with a lot of the people we met for the rest of our trip.

Dubrovnik was up next and we had 5 days here and stayed at the cutest airbnb right next to the beach. Dubrovnik is best known for being where the show the game of thrones was filmed so there are tons of areas all over the town that have game of thrones merch so if your into that stuff then you’ll love this area and you probably still will even if you don’t(we definitely still did). The beaches are stunning but very rocky so sandals or some sort of Tevas are your best bet. The old town is also a must see they have tons of cute shops, restaurants, souvenirs, and an amazing ice cream/pancake place called Dolce Vita, it’s the perfect sweet treat place.
